	    Ingredients
 Soup: Bone broth (beef & pork), beef shank, onions, lemongrass, sugar, salt, spices, shrimp paste, fish sauce (anchovies).
 Vietnamese sausage: ground pork, sugar, chicken powder, baking powder, potato starch, fish sauce (anchovies), oil, spices.
 Garlic Satay: oil, garlic, chili pepper, chili sauce, paprika, spices. 
 Bun (Rice noodles): Rice, water.

Instructions for broth
- Thaw soup, heat until boiling.
- Serve over bun (rice noodles).
Instruction for noodles
- Heat a pot of water to boil.
- Cook the noodles in boiling water for about 18-20 minutes.
- Drain then rinse noodles with warm water.
- Serve with Momma Tong’s bun bo hue broth.
