Lesser known, but just as amazing. Vietnamese beef and pork soup, distinctly different (traditionally a spicy soup) with our signature deep flavor. Comes with sliced beef shank and house made Cha Hue Chien (Vietnamese Pork Sausage). Choose from medium or hot (courtesy of Momma Tong’s garlic satay)! Comes with bun (thicker rice noodles).
Serving for 2.

Ingredients

Soup: Bone broth (beef & pork), beef shank, onions, lemongrass, sugar, salt, spices, shrimp paste, fish sauce (anchovies).
Vietnamese sausage: ground pork, sugar, chicken powder, baking powder, potato starch, fish sauce (anchovies), oil, spices.
Garlic Satay: oil, garlic, chili pepper, chili sauce, paprika, spices.
Bun (Rice noodles): Rice, water.

Instructions

Instructions for broth
  1. Thaw soup, heat until boiling.
  2. Serve over bun (rice noodles).
Instruction for noodles
  1. Heat a pot of water to boil.
  2. Cook the noodles in boiling water for about 18-20 minutes.
  3. Drain then rinse noodles with warm water.
  4. Serve with Momma Tong’s bun bo hue broth.
Optional: garnish with herbs and veggies such as Thai basil, bean sprouts, cabbage, sliced red onions and green onions.
