Sweet and savoury with a finger licking garlic finish! We keep the wing tips on - makes it easier to flip the bird … to cook, obviously.
Available in 500 gram packages.

Ingredients


Chicken wings, sugar, fish sauce, salt, black pepper, garlic powder.

Instructions

Chicken must be thawed before cooking.

Deep Fry - Recommended method
  1. Heat oil to 350F.
  2. (optional) In a food safe plastic bag ie. Ziplock or a large enough container, lightly toss the wings with 2-3 tablespoons of rice flour. Be sure to close the bag/cover the container before tossing.
  3. Fry wings until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165F. Approximate time 12-15 minutes.
Oven
  1. Pre-heat to 400F. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Turn wings half way through the baking process.
  2. Cook until golden brown. Internal temperature should reach 165F.
Air Fry
  1. Set air fryer to 385F. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Shake wings half way through the baking process.
  2. Cook until golden brown. Internal temperature should reach 165F.
