Family style or just have more tomorrow! Choose TWO from the following choices: Spring Rolls (pack of 8, pre-cooked), Lemongrass Chicken (500g), or Grilled Pork (500g). Comes with noodles & Momma Tong’s signature fish sauce.
Serving for 4.

Ingredients

Noodles: Rice flour and water.
Lemongrass Chicken: Chicken thigh, sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, lemongrass, ginger, canola oil.
Grilled Pork: Pork shoulder, sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, shallots, garlic, lemongrass, sesame oil.
Spring Rolls: Filling - Ground pork, carrots, rice vermicelli, black fungus, onion, sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, spices. Wrapper - wheat flour, water, coconut oil, salt, sodium caseinate, wheat starch, maltodextrin, ascorbic acid.
Momma Tong’s Nuoc Cham (Fish Sauce): Water, fish sauce, sugar, vinegar, garlic.

Instructions

Lemongrass Chicken
  1. Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a fry pan over medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade.
  2. Place chicken in the pan and brown each side (about 1 minute each side).
  3. Turn down heat to low and cover the chicken.
  4. If you have a kitchen thermometer, check the temperature of the thickest part of the chicken. The chicken is thoroughly cooked when the temperature reaches 160°F. About 8 to 10 minutes in total.
  5. If desired, remove the lid and turn heat to medium high. Cook the chicken on each side for about 2 minutes each. This will caramelize and add a crunch to the outside of the chicken.
  6. Remove from pan and set aside to rest for 2 minutes. Serve as is or slice into smaller pieces.
Grilled Pork

Pork must be thawed before cooking.

(Pan Fry)

  1. Turn on the hood fan.
  2. Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a fry pan over medium heat.
  3. Place pork in the pan and brown each side (about 1 minute each side).
  4. Turn down heat to low and cover the pork.
  5. If you have a kitchen thermometer, check the temperature of the thickest part of the pork. The pork is thoroughly cooked when the temperature reaches 160°F. About 8 to 10 minutes in total.
  6. If desired, remove the lid and turn heat to medium high. Cook the pork on each side for about 2 minutes each. This will add a nice brown colour to the meat.
  7. Remove from pan and set aside to rest for 2 minutes. Serve as is or slice into smaller pieces.

(Air Fry)

  1. Cook in the air fryer at 380°F – 400 °F for 5 minutes on each side.
  2. If you have a kitchen thermometer, check the temperature of the thickest part of the pork. The pork is thoroughly cooked when the temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. Remove from air fryer and set aside to rest for 2 minutes. Serve as is or slice into smaller pieces.

(BBQ)

  1. Cook as desired until meat reaches an internal temperature of 165F. Serve as is or slice into smaller pieces.
Spring Rolls

Deep Fry (Recommended method)

Do not thaw, cook from frozen.

  1. Heat oil to 350F.
  2. Fry to golden brown and int. temp reaches 165F.

Re-heat Instructions
  1. Do not thaw, re-heat from frozen. Turn once during re-heating.
  2. Oven: Pre-heat to 375F. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
  3. Air fryer: Cook between 375F – 400F for 8 - 10 minutes.
Noodles
  1. Heat a pot of water to boil.
  2. Cook the noodles in boiling water for approx. 5-8 minutes.
  3. Drain and rinse noodles.
  4. Serve with Momma Tong’s variety of marinated meats, spring rolls and fish sauce.
Optional: garnish with herbs and veggies such as Thai basil, bean sprouts, cilantro, cucumber and lettuce.
