Ingredients
Chicken wings, sugar, fish sauce, salt, black pepper, garlic powder.
Instructions
Chicken must be thawed before cooking.
Deep Fry - Recommended method
- Heat oil to 350F.
- (optional) In a food safe plastic bag ie. Ziplock or a large enough container, lightly toss the wings with 2-3 tablespoons of rice flour. Be sure to close the bag/cover the container before tossing.
- Fry wings until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165F. Approximate time 12-15 minutes.
Oven
- Pre-heat to 400F. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Turn wings half way through the baking process.
- Cook until golden brown. Internal temperature should reach 165F.
Air Fry
- Set air fryer to 385F. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Shake wings half way through the baking process.
- Cook until golden brown. Internal temperature should reach 165F.
